A true bourbon, majority corn with barley, rye and wheat blended for
a full-flavored bourbon.
The mash is then cooked, fermented with whiskey yeast, double distilled and aged in newly charred American White Oak for 3 years. We use a 30 gallon barrel which allows our bourbon to age much quicker compared to standard 50 gallon barrels.
The product is then super-filtered
(<.2 micron) giving our bourbon a very clear, almost polished appearance that removes any particulates. The result being a full-flavored, very smooth bourbon with hints of oak, cinnamon, caramel and vanilla... perfectly balanced!
This Georgia Corn Whiskey is a unique & very palatable kind of a Moonshine. It has a well-balanced mashbill of corn, wheat, barley & rye all blended together with mountain spring water.
Its all-grain recipe has NO artificial flavors & NO added sugar! It’s been distilled twice and super-filtered making it surprisingly smooth, crystal-clear hooch... bottoms up!

"From a mashbill consisting of local, all-natural ingredients
and traditional distillation methods using Appalachian-Style Pot Stills...
...to our barrel-aging process and choice barrel selection, we take much pride
in being the producers of quality, small batch spirits".
This whiskey consisting mostly of rye with corn, wheat and barley added for additional flavors.
We consider our rye as a "lite" rye
that incorporates those additional flavors from the other grains.
Rye whiskey is normally a very strong, cinnamon flavored whiskey; however, we have been able to tone down
that strong "bite" by introducing other grains into the mash. Our Rye is double distilled and aged in newly charred American White Oak 30 gallon barrels for 3 years. It is then super filtered with our <.2 micron filter.
The result being a very smooth, almost a unique tasting rye whiskey with hints of cinnamon, oak and other flavors... a taste to be savored!
